At Montrium, we believe that great TMF technology should evolve. We listen closely to our customers, and every release reflects their feedback. Our goal is simple: to remove unnecessary steps from your day-to-day work and make collaboration more efficient.

Here are some highlights from our most recent product updates.

What our users are saying

I love the new update. It’s faster and cleaner. Makes browsing more intuitive and the customization of columns and search is just on point. Very well done!

New and improved in eTMF Connect

A faster, cleaner Artifact TableThe eTMF Connect updates that will save you hours every week (1)

We are thrilled to share improvements to one of the most used areas in eTMF Connect: the Artifact Table. In the past, navigating through thousands of documents could take time (and extra clicks to find what you needed. Now, the upgraded experience allows users to instantly filter, search, and rearrange columns in a clean, modern interface.

You can customize your layout, pin the columns that matter most, and even share your view with a direct link.

Shared Artifacts: Collaborate across studies with ease

The End of the TMF Reference Model as we Know It_ArtifactTable

Many TMF teams manage similar global documents across several studies, and keeping them consistent used to be a challenge. With the new Shared Artifacts feature, users can now easily reuse approved documents (like investigator brochures or contact materials) across studies without re-uploading or duplicating effort.

This keeps information  accurate, reduces versioning errors, and saves time during cross-study preparation.

Easier task management

We heard from customers that keeping track of document-related tasks could sometimes feel cumbersome. Now, you can filter tasks by document owner, type, country, or site, making it easy to see exactly what needs to be done and who’s responsible.

Teams can also export filtered task lists to Excel for quick coordination, reviews, or audits. It’s a simple change that makes everyday TMF task management faster and more transparent.

Version History: Better understand your document’s story

The End of the TMF Reference Model as we Know It_VersionHistory

The new Version History view gives users a clear snapshot of how a document has changed over time. With one click from the Artifact view, you can open a simple, organized history of every file update, including separate tabs when multiple file formats exist.

This makes it easier to confirm the latest version, and understand past edits.

External signers: Collaboration made simple

The End of the TMF Reference Model as we Know It_DocumentSignatureRequest

Inviting external signers is now easier and clearer. Internal users can now invite external reviewers and signers with clearer onboarding and confirmations. It’s easier for your partners to jump in securely and get work done.

Stay aligned with your file plan

The new Sync with File Plan capability automatically updates existing timelines with the planned activities from your file plan. That means no more manual corrections, your workflow stays accurate and compliant with the eTMF plan at all times.

Little details, big difference

Small improvements can have a big impact. From automatically cancelling open tasks when users are deactivated to improving the overall page speed, every enhancement aims to make TMF work simpler and smoother.

Always evolving together

Every improvement starts with a customer conversation. We’re proud to keep growing Montrium's eTMF Connect with the people who use it every day.

Find out if these features could save your team hours each weeks.
